Generac PowerPerks Promotion
– Terms and Conditions –

To receive $100.00 Visa Gift Card and 1,500 additional PowerPerks Points:
Customer must be among the first forty (40) customers to purchase a qualifying Generac® Generator, Battery and Pad and register for Generac® PowerPerks. Gift card is not a gift.

Promotion Period: Promotion runs on December 14, 2020 – December 31, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”), in the United States (“Qualified Country”).

Qualifying Purchase: Any Home Stand-by Generac® Generator 10KW-24KW, Battery, Any Automatic Transfer Switch plus Any Pad.

To earn additional PowerPerks Points: Complete a Generac® RST155 – Installation Course after purchase of qualifying Generac® product (online or in-store) and PowerPerks registration. $100 Visa gift card may be used to pay for Course. Customer must then bring in the completed certification to the branch and to receive 4,500 PowerPerks points. Participating Branches will provide eligible customers with a code and login for Course.

Qualifying Locations: Ann Arbor, Macomb, Madison Heights, Novi, Waterford, Livonia, Lansing, and Brighton, MI

Qualifying Purchase must be purchased from a Qualifying Location during the Promotion Period are eligible. Void where prohibited.

Terms and Conditions

Promotions: CES conducts various promotions and giveaways (individually a “Promotion” collectively “Promotions”) on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media platforms (each, a “Social Media company”). CES promotions are in no way companied by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with any of the Social Media companies. By participating in the Promotion, you release the Social Media company from any liability related to or arising from the Promotion.

  1. Eligibility: CES Promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of purchase (“Customer”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Promotion constitutes Customer’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including the arbitration clause. Customer must purchase qualifying items and register in PowerPerks during the Promotion Period to be eligible for Promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
  2. Limit one (1) gift card per eligible Customer. Accrual of PowerPerks subject to terms and conditions. Offer good while supplies last.
  3. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes customer’s consent to the company’s and its agents’ use of the customer’s name, likeness, photograph, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes worldwide, for a period of one year from the end of the Promotion, in any and all media, manner, and formats now known or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration.
  4. General Conditions: This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Qualifying Purchases are subject to availability. Purchases of Qualifying Purchases via any channel other than any of the Qualifying Locations are not eligible for this promotion.
  5. Other Restrictions: This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. CES is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your Qualifying Purchase. CES reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions of this promotion or modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
  6. Right to Verify. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify any element of any entry or related materials, request additional information and to disqualify any Customer whose participation may subject Company or Company’s customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn or ridicule.

Disputes: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT CUSTOMER’S LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY HEAR CUSTOMER’S CLAIMS. Except where prohibited, Customer agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then effective, and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by Customer with regard to this Promotion, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees, or punitive, incidental, consequential or other damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Customer and Company in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas to this Promotion.
